The messages and content created on the CampusWire service are created by account administrators over whom CampusWire exercises no control. CampusWire will not assume responsibility for unintended or questionable messages and content delivered via the CampusWire service. CampusWire staff will make a followup effort with account administrators to resolve complaint reports from registered users.
CampusWire disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability,or operability or availability of information displayed in the email or text message. CampusWire disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, miss-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. Campus- Wire cannot guarantee the successful delivery of messages.
Administrators, who generate messages, use CampusWire on a voluntary basis through a paid subscription. Campus- Wire is not responsible for the creation of messages or decisions to create and send messages to the subscriber base. CampusWire staff will make a follow up effort with the account administrator if complaint reports arise due to lack of timely input of alerts.
Only messages created by an account administrator or directly by CampusWire may be delivered to the user. No unsolicited messages generated by any third party will be permitted to be distributed via the CampusWire service. If at any point, you wish to opt out of our services, you may do so on our website.
Registered user information of the CampusWire service will not be sold to third parties. Please note that we reserve the right to transfer your personally identifiable information and other information to our successors in business and purchasers of CampusWire's assets. A subscription to the CampusWire service is good for one full month. If a user wishes to unsubscribe themselves from the CampusWire service they may do so on our website under My Account, but there will be NO refunds. Anyone who signs up to receive messages from a CampusWire school, business or organization will retain their account as long as the paid school, business or organization maintains their account. Administrators may at any time, remove users from their account as they see fit. At any time, administrators and those receiving their messages can unsubscribe from the CampusWire service on our website.
Your mobile phone service provider may charge you for the text messages you receive. CampusWire will not be liable for any charges you may receive from your cell phone provider for receiving text messages from CampusWire.
In order to provide the best possible service to all of our users, we regularly remove CampusWire users whose email is regularly rejected, or "bounced". Mail is usually rejected by remote mail servers because the destination email address is no longer valid.
Sending email can be a complicated process, and there can be many reasons for delayed delivery or even failed delivery. We will do our best to make sure that this does not happen, but we cannot guarantee delivery of email.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CAMPUSWIRE OR ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE SERVICES WHETHER OR NOT CAMPUSWIRE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CampusWire, its parent company (NotiSys, LLC), its employees, officers and directors, or Clients from and against any and all claims, liabilities, penalties, settlements, judgments, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (i) any content that you or anyone using your account may submit, post or transmit to the web site; (ii) your use of the Services; (iii) your violation of the terms of these Terms and Conditions; and (iv) any violation or failure by you to comply with all laws and regulations in connection with the Service.
